Formerly known as Kissa, the venue has evolved into a multi-format destination designed to serve both dining and high end social experiences within the city’s entertainment landscape.

The venue features a full service restaurant and lounge environment that transitions into a nightlife destination during evening hours, alongside an upstairs private social club operating through an annual membership structure tailored toward creatives, entrepreneurs, executives, and entertainment industry guests.

Chloe is also positioned as a host venue for major cultural and entertainment activations, including TIFF related events and private industry functions, while continuing to expand its presence across hospitality, nightlife, and experiential entertainment.
